This website is informational in nature: it describes the official English exams, ULIC's preparation formats and the channels for requesting information, taking a level test or booking an exam. Access is free of charge and confers the status of user, which entails acceptance of these terms.

Users undertake to make appropriate use of the site and not to use it for unlawful activities, activities contrary to good faith, or activities that may damage the systems of ULIC or of third parties.

03Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site (text, design, logos, images and code) are owned by ULIC Centre or used with the authorisation of their owners, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is not permitted.

The third-party trade marks mentioned (Cambridge English, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, Aptis, Linguaskill, LanguageCert, Anglia, Duolingo English Test and others) belong to their respective owners and are cited for informational purposes, to identify the exams described or prepared for. ULIC's status as an exam centre is stated expressly only in respect of the bodies with which it holds current accreditation (Anglia Examinations, centre ES-B180538). Cambridge exams are arranged with ExamsOne, the official exam centre (ES945). For all other exams, ULIC provides information, preparation and, where applicable, enrolment-management services.

Information on formats, fees, exam sessions and exam recognition is reviewed periodically against official sources, but may change without notice by decision of the examining bodies or the authorities. The content of this site does not replace the official exam session or the regulations applicable to your procedure: always confirm these before enrolling. ULIC accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of this information.

ULIC does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of technical errors, although it endeavours to correct them diligently.

06Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless consumer protection legislation establishes another mandatory jurisdiction.
